The Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for strategically developing and growing Benchmade s sales and market share throughout North America. Additional key responsibilities include leadership and strategic direction for the Commercial business to drive revenue and profit goals. This role is responsible for driving the overall strategy and execution of the Commercial sales initiatives while collaborating with our independent manufacturer sales rep agencies to ensure total account alignment and sales rep engagement. The Commercial Sales Manager provides regular and appropriate product-related feedback to the product design team while working cross-functionally with customer service, supply chain, demand planner and finance. This role requires strong business acumen, demonstrated skillful financial negotiating and proven development of new and existing business opportunities.
